The self-developed 8S/9S series rotary machine meets the requirements of middle and high-end glass container forming process. Glass forming intelligent control system, variable gob weight servo feeder were developed to realize mixed production of various bottle types. The glass raw material intelligent storage and automatic batching system were developed ensure stable and accurate production process with energy saving and environmental protection. By mastering the robot motion control system, image recognition and positioning, binocular three-dimensional visual, flexible fixture etc robot visual core technologies, took the lead in realizing the intelligent application of hot, cold end and deep processing in the daily use glass industry.
