Future of Furnaces

Delegates will learn about increasingly stringent environmental legislation that will impact glassmakers between now and 2050. Furnace manufacturers will have to transform their process from a traditional firing process to the use of more alternative fuels. This will include electricity to begin with and then phase to hybrid fuels and energy sourced from sustainable means.
