As well as being a very complete system, SIL also includes an individualized followup, an annual maintenance contract, on-site installation and customer service. Vertech’ is there every step of the way from the first technical visit and the installation
process to full system implementation and on-site and off-site training. Vertech’ customer support is available during office hours (GMT+1), with an optional subscription to the 24/7 hotline for technical support. For long-term system optimization, Vertech’ offers expert maintenance service on-site with yearly updates.
